Staff is not very informative. Don't tell you about discounts . You can save your customer money but won't because of laziness or pettiness.

The young man I dealt with Nathaniel was great, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and when my contract was near ending he contacted me to verify if i needed the rental longer. I wish I had never changed sites

Everyone was so friendly, fun and professional. They were short on cars and offered me a free upgrade. Even though there were only a few people allowed in the office at a time, they processed my reservation quickly and answered all of my questions. Everyone seemed to truly enjoy their job. I look forward to renting from this location again! My only suggestion for renters is to call ahead and make sure that they have a vehicle for you as COVID has things a hot mess. Some centers have been closed leaving other centers to handle double the requests.

Car was ready for pickup on time. To our surprise, they upgraded the car at no extra charge, since the one requested was not available. This was very much appreciated!!

Do not use this location. I rented from them for the holidays and I received a Hyundai Elantra that looked like it had not been washed in days. Then three hours later of driving it the check engine light comes on, then later the car won’t go in reverse. Finally, the car wouldn’t accelerate. I had to pay for my own Uber to get to the nearest exchange , it was past 10pm and I was on the side did the road. I usually use Hertz, this was my first experience with Enterprise and I am never using them again.
