The new team at this Enterprise location is fantastic - above and beyond with customer service! Frequent communication when I needed something very specific with a rental. They went out of the way to make sure I had the vehicle I needed, and also that I knew the status of it all along - it would have been easy for them to just say they couldn't make it happen, but they didn't. Everything was great except for tha windows I don't understand they have a good selection of cars but none of tha windows r clean like I don't understand if they can wash tha vehicles how hard is it to do tha windows might have less crashes just my feelings
Super friendly and attentive staff. Got an upgrade to a Chevy Equinox which comes equipped with all wheel drive in case of a white Christmas. Thanks!
