Everytime I did a reservation online I called in to confirm the sales rep never had the car I reserved. I called for pickup they never came to get me. They've inconvenienced me to the point I almost lost my job waiting to rent the car I reserved. They made up a lie stating they called. I offered to show them my call log. I tried calling different locations to see if they could accommodate me of course bc it was a friday I was all out of options. I cant believe they can just treat you like that and lie and get away with it. I talked to 2 different guys who gave me 2 different stories. Then left me on hold for over an hour until they closed. I was so hurt and disappointed. I just cant believe they are allowed to treat a customer the way they do. It's truly sad. Honesty is the best way to deal with customers. Not lie! This location sucks!
The best rental car experience I've ever had!
The staff was very patient and polite this is a business oriented place to rent your vehicle(s) from if it may be traveling with your family and friends or work related, excellent five (5) stars no doubt....
I've been renting from this location since I moved to MD almost 8 years ago. This year my need to rent has increased. The manager knows how to meet his customers needs hengoes above and beyond. This speaks volumes. The team at this location rocks!!!
