Got a car from here and everything was fine at first. I was offered the insurance and I accepted. I turn the car in and I have a huge charge . Apparently, I was put in a car that my insurance did not fully cover which left me with the additional money for the car and taxes for the WHOLE bill. They should have let me know how much my insurance was covering per day. My whole reasoning for getting a car through my insurance is so that I DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. Not using this location again... Might be done with enterprise all together.
Horrible. Had a scheduled pick up at 415 pm. First we were told three was a 20 minute wait. Which turned into 1hr and 10 min. Not happy at all. when they were called out on it they acted like we were making it up. Not looking forward to returning vehicle. Want to take back to another location.ud83dude21
Only location I have seen that doesn't accept Maryland provisional license. I Rent cars 80 days of the year through enterprise locations all over the US , enterprise platinum members. Take your business to another location this location will invent rules not to rent young black people
