I reached out to Enterprise customer service and received no response from management in response to an absolutely unprofessional and disastrous experience. I was a loyal Enterprise customer since 2008 and have spent tens of thousands of dollars with Enterprise. In addition, I purchase a 2019 Ford Flex from Enterprise car sales.. I am completely severing my interest in doing business with your company on any level and hope you don’t mishandle your future customers in the same way...If your employees continue to handle their customers in the same disconnected fashion, your company will surely pay a steep price in the market place in the current post COVID environment..Good luck and hope this helps ud83dude4f

My Experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was excellent. The employees there, and I worked with more than one, we’re all customer oriented, fabulous, responsive, and with the extra mile!nI absolutely love this location on Joppa Road! They have my loyalty now.

Rented a car for a weekend trip. Put in for a luxury car (Maxima or similar) and when I arrived, the last one was being checked out, so they offered me a free upgrade (got a BMW 330i). I gladly accepted the upgrade for no additional charge. Returned the car right at 3PM on Sunday as they were closing, but the rep accepted the car and did a quick walk around and out the door within 5 minutes. Excellent experience.
