First I made a reservation for a car did the whole process off early check-in everything was good I go to pick up the rental this morning they say they called no one ever call he said he left a voice mail no voice mail was on my phone I show he that terrible customer service still don't go to this enterprise at 6811 Harford rd I would have gave you guys no stars but it won't let me post without gave them something

I reserved my car online very last minute and this place was able to get everything ready for me in record time. Very nice and helpful people. I’ve rented cars from Enterprises from multiple locations many times and the agent that helped me at this location was the first person to actually explain everything to me and go through every single detail that usually everyone just rushes through. I am very pleased with this Enterprise.

Rented a car and turned out it had expired tags on it. Then they tried to charge me for the ticket I got on the car due to the expired tags. Apparently not only do they not pay attention to that, they didn’t read the ticket that clearly stated why it was issued. Luckily I took photos of the ticket. Reached out to the branch manager who was helpful in the beginning then stopped responding to my emails. Had to call corporate in order to get my money refunded. Never renting from this place not will I recommend it to anyone.

Got a car from 6818 Harford rd. that wasn't sufficient for the trip. We call around to several other stores and got no help. Called the 2312 York rd store and got Mr.Malik Martin-e504YV. He had what we needed. He was so friendly, courteous and professional.We really appreciated the way he helped us! Without his help my family might have missed a whole day of our vacation. Thank you Mr. Martin five stars to you alone. Thanks enterprise for such great associates.

Pick up was easy and quick, however there was an issue with loose hub caps that I didn't discover until the next day. I called to see if I could get another vehicle since the hub caps were literally coming off of the vehicle. I was told that it was a normal issue and that they would notate my agreement but they had no other vehicle to offer. Kind of disappointing not to be given another vehicle and to add to it the front passenger hub cap actually came off while I was driving and I had to chase it so that I didn't loose it and end up possibly having to pay for it. Really disappointed in the service I received. They should have corrected that issue before they rented the vehicle.
