I had a safe and pleasant experience with my car rental. The rep met me outside and it was a fast and easy process. The customer service was great!
The most unprofessional and rude staff i have ever dealt with, Especially Sidney, the so called manager. Too much to type about my terrible experience dealing with these people, please contact me if you would like to know more.
The day I picked up the car was cold for our area. Had to wait outside with my grandson for 30 minutes. There was an older gentleman shivering and he wasnt happy either. Common sense is necessary sometimes. The customer service people were blunt snd not very friendly. Mechanical! I got a huge vehicle when I requested a smaller size vehicle. Didn’t even fit in my garage. I called and requested a smaller vehicle but was told I was lucky I even had that one. Finally when I returned the vehicle “Dillon” accepted my return he was nice!
No drop off key on Sunday need to change policy
Made reservations for a full size big truck 4 door full size truck, month later I go to pick up, it’s a 4 door but the back is half size of a normal truck! Thanks enterprise for really disappointing me, I walked away and drove my own f-150 super crew!
