My husband and I rented for a few days, we had no way to bring the rental back during business hours, the closest we could get was 10 minutes after closing. They waited for us so we didn't have to leave the keys in the car and risk it being stolen & falling back on us. Great people, great place!

Enterprise decides to call, when I’m on the way to pick up my car, to tell me they have no cars available. Now, the day of my trip, I have to find something else. They could have called a few days before at least to let me know. NEVER AGAIN will I try this with enterprise.

Only reason I have a rental through them is because that's who my insurance chose. Staff is very unfriendly and some even down right rude. Rarely have vehicles available and vehicles are always dirty. This last vehicle wreaked of pot and had ashes every where inside of it. Also had dried spit on the steering wheel and dash. Willing to bet they aren't being disinfected either.

I made a reservation at Enterprise so for a pick up on Saturday morning, we were heading to my husband’s grandmother 95th birthday celebration in MS. Well, I get there and the gentleman ask for my name and then I tell him, he then says “oh yeah I tried calling you yesterday at 2:30 to let you know we have no vehicles available”. So I’m thinking and saying I was running last minute errands but I always check my voicemail. Long story short-no voicemail was left AND......no calling that morning (because I arrived at 10:00 am) because I thought they opened at 9:00 am. So you called one time with no voicemail-then the other lady worker- she is just her phone not one time acknowledging anything didn’t even speak when I walked in and she was the first person I saw. Understand you can’t predict being out vehicles but knowing ahead of time we could have prepared-not last minute.

I recently did a five day rental through enterprise. I did make reservations in advance. It was like three weeks in advance. The reservation was for a economy size car. When I got there, they did not have that. All they had was a mid size car and a sub. I had no chose but to get the mid size car, which was a extra eleven dollar and something a day. I took it, even though it really wasn't in my budget. It was a nice vehicle. I wish they would have given it to me for the price of the economy size vehicle since they didn't have what I made three week reservations for.
