They made a mistake and didn't have the child seats we'd booked on hand, but actually paid for me to go buy some that I could then keep. This more than cancelled out the entire cost of the rental but they honored their agreement regardless. Fantastic customer service, only issue is their location is a little hard to find because the large sign is currently missing.

Manager Chris of Tower drive Monroe location has very poor communication skills if I didn’t know better I would say he exhibited prejudice My debit card was authorized twice for weekly extension rental of $180 I had to go to location due to 2 hours waiting for them to correct THEIR mistake from telephone when there Chris had audacity to try coverup his Assoc mistake saying it was hard to void to refund and they literally had to call third party person to figure out the mistake to return my money then days later I return vehicle back 4 days early from last week extension and the $180 was not reflected on their receipt and still being held from my account again had to speak with Chris to explain why the balance due to Me didn’t show as credit due back again he got short tempered and could not give Me a correct Answer and the Black Assoc who clearly knew he had messed up couldn’t even stand up for the truth that he messed up from beginning, so I’m still waiting to see next couple days the status of my held payment which last week that mistake withdrawal was redeposited back in my account in 4 hours. all my 20+ years renting vehicles this experience is definitely been worse I had to spray car with raid to kill small roaches that appeared in cupholders, reported still no available cars to switch out, so I kept the car fumigated at my expense, 49k miles with tire air pressure system engaged.. very very poor customer service with fixing their mistakes! But they make sure you get piece of candy! I ask to speak to person over branch Manager Chris he told Me it was no one over him.. well I’m definitely going to find out because he should never treat a Customer no Customer the way he talk with poor knowledge of returning People money that he clearly saw was taken ... BEWARE watch your bank account with this location!!
