Customer service is not a thing here. Reserved a car but upon arriving did not have the car because of a “glitch” in the system. The agents tried to make it seem like my fault because i made a same day reservation. The kicker is i called prior to Ubering to this location from the city and no mention of this “glitch” over the phone when i called i could have easily went somewhere else. While explaining i called prior a young lady interjected by saying “did you call first”? (I guess she wasn’t listening as well as she thought) While speaking to a guy there , Extremely rude customer service practice to impeded on another conversation you’re not apart of ..!!! I was also asked repeatedly “do you have a major credit card rudely “ (you can’t rent without one) “We just need your ID and Credit Card” would have been the proper statement to ask a paying customer. They then tried to put me in a smaller car, kicker number 2, at a higher rate . Lol. I politely giggled and walked out and Ubered to Enterprise where i received stellar customer service with a smile where my business was welcomed. Never agin at this location. What ever happened to customer service..!!! I managed hotels over 10 years in the French quarter but i guess because i was dressed casually in casual attire (I’m a regular person outside of my professional career like everybody else) i was being prejudged. These employees have a lot to learn . But they will not be learning it on my dollar. No thank you.

I rent cars from this location often. I always receive impeccable customer service. They are very friendly, professional, and accommodating!
