Worst customer service in my life these ppl are so negative and is no way helpful in any sense of the word I’m mad I had to give them a star my advice dnt go there go to budget on Canal st they are the best
Agent was not friendly. Customer service was with the same Lady make me think she hate her job will report to corporate.
Check in was ok, return clerk was extremely slow, not friendly with NO communication.
Customer service was terrible! Not at all helpful and wouldn’t help me. Very negative.
I feel that even 1 star is too high, if I could rate lower I would. I advanced purchased a rental car from Budget-Marrero, then walked (I live 5 minutes away) to pick up the car and was told no cars were available and the customer service rep (believe her name is San) told me that she didn't know when one was going to be available and I will need to call customer service to request a refund. I left and called customer service and cancelled. As I walked back (15 minutes later), 3 cars was parked outside of Budget. I asked the customer service rep if they were available for rent and why wasn't I told that 15 minutes ago. She replied defensively, that she did not know they were coming in that I will need to go online to book again, EVEN THOUGH I JUST CANCELED. I am beyond upset and the lack of empathy from the customer service rep is ridiculous.
