Better than all except enterprise but feel they need a bigger selection of vehicles
Customer service at this location was horrendousn. I was told by one of the agents that I couldn't get a ride to retrieve my car from the body shop. After locating and taking my own transportation I received a call from the location's manager attempting to convince me that the conversation between myself and the agent never took place because the agent isn't allowed to say no to customers asking for transportation.
Good service, but due to the recent flooding in the area, lines were long. Also, representative tried to give a car with a cracked windshield (and he knew it was damaged). He did change cars upon my request.
Very friendly and cool.
Was cheap but seat was stained
