Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Called and located an Enterprise near me and they picked me up which was nice and convenient. When getting in to car being P/U noticed weed smell right away.. didn’t realize till I got to the rental location this would be the vehicle I was using. Throughout my week rental every time I re-entered the vehicle it stunk like weed.nOtherwise the car was clean and drove pretty well. The second irritating thing about the car was the left rear passenger tire had low pressure -a constant leak as we drove away from the rental agency. I had to put air in this tire eight times in five days.nThe agency offers the fill up at a very good price per gallon rate ( $1.79) options If you don't want to fill up and can be convenient.nCar was not the cheapest for sure I’m guessing due to lack of competitive pricing with low tourism numbers. Generally I believe enterprise has a better experience but when I tried to relay the information upon returning about the flaws it was disregarded as a reason to be “charged” as if I caused it so of course not noted... I get it but there are honest people in the world and I just don’t want somebody else to get screwed. There was another woman dropping the car off which was complaining of having oil leak and she wanted a a new car… Like I said Enterprise is generally a better company to rent from but maybe in New Orleans it’s sub par. I would do it again I suppose before ACE rental though...Just do a very thorough inspection of your car before you drive off.

I am normally very pleased with Enterprise. I always get a car in a timely manner. On this occasion there were a few things that fell short of the mark. When I get a rental car I expect it to be ready to hit the road. This time the car had been poorly washed leaving dirt on the windows and mirrors. Also the tires were seriously under inflated except one that was seriously over inflated. Finally according to the car the oil had not been changed in some time and the care never stopped telling me about it. As I say everything worked out I just have higher expectations of enterprise which are normally meet.

I gave you four stars only because there's ALWAYS room for improvement I don't know how. you figure that out. my rental started as THREE day went to SEVEN day total was EIGHT days. I was pleased very pleased with everything. I even switched where I picked up to a different drop off location I was PLEASED

I reserved my car online. When I got there I only had to wait 5 or so minutes before I was taken to our car to go over details. In and out within 15 minutes. Everyone was so friendly. Drop off was even simpler. Highly recommend this location! I’ve never had such an easy experience with a car rental location before.

The staff was one of the friendliest I have ever encountered while renting a car. This would have easily been a 5 star review, but car was on empty when I picked it up, location is across from tent city and closest gas station we felt unsafe and were approached by several crack heads. Definitely want to give a shout out to the gentleman who took me back to my hotel when I dropped off my rental.
