Only because ZERO!!! Or negative100 isn’t an option!!!!! This is by far the most negative experience I have had in planning a trip with any company in the customer service industry much less a rental car company. I can only take so much time in writing negative reviews and now must try to get a car after I’ve wasted 3.5 hrs without even another option or alternative route. To keep it simple, if you plan on renting a car after the apocalypse (and this hertz is the only option) take the 2 Bullets you saved in your pistol and put both of them in your skull and save yourself the headache and misery of dealing with these rude, lazy, uneducated, unmotivated, and uninformed juveniles!!!!

If i couldve given 0 stars i wouldve. Booked a rental car in advanced and showed up and they didnt have any cars to give me and i have no car to take my trip tomorrow

Reservation online doesn't Guarantee availability. So ended up paying 20%($68) more to upgrade to what was available in the lot. And they don't pay for transportation from and to their location. Enterprise were a hint cheaper ($44) for a 5 days rental and gave me a $27 discount to cover my UBER ride to their location and waved the fee to drop off at the airport at the end of my trip, and waved the fee of an additional driver. Hertz were equally amazing in their service, but at a cost.
