The service I received at Enterprise Car Rental was phenomenal. When I arrived to pick up the car rental, I was treated with utmost respect. The sales person went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. him and I even discussed me purchasing an Enterprise vehicle in the future. When I returned the vehicle, salesman 2 was very professional and this too was a smooth, no hassle experience.

I had a great experience. I only used this location once but the customer service that I received was so awesome even in the storming rain. I usually go to the one on Baronne st. but This one is my 1 stop shop now thank to Matthew. He was nice, polite, and So understanding when I was having problems with my card. He really made my rental experience a breeze. Look forward to coming back again and renting from you guys more in the future. Thanks again Matthew

Made a reservation online, called and confirmed reservation, arrive at the location and no car available. No alternative given, just lack of caring about the issue. Great customer service, take your business elsewhere. Online chat was just as worthless when I contacted them, just supposedly a regional will contact my husband within 5 days. That's REALLY helpful today when I need the car.

The people were great but the company in itself is not satisfactory. I reserved a car. Got up early, rode a Lyft to get there and they tell me they don't have any cars. Was put on a waiting list. Received a phone call of them not having any rentals the morning of the pick up. Enterprise really have to do better. Cars shouldn't be booked through the customer service number because there's no connection to the store itself. So if you are booking please call the store.
