Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I will never rent from this branch of Enterprise Rental Car. They are charging me for damage that was not on the car when I dropped it off. I have pictures, and they are saying that I am still responsible. This is their practice because they are several people who faced the same fate.

They were slightly busy and I think they need a person who only answers the phone but they were fast, nice and professional. The guy who drove me to the collision center (I feel bad I have forgotten his name) was a great, hard working, young man with a good head on his shoulders who made my ride a delight.

Customer Service here is excellent!! They always take their time with you and they know how to make you feel welcomed!!

I’ve used this location many time and they have always been professional and helpful. The location is very convenient where I’m able to take the streetcar to the location.

Another successful rental. Prices are acceptable, vehicle I rented was exceptional. Customer service continues to be the best.
