Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My rental time was 8 am. No vehicles available, Even after doing early check in. Will have to wait for one to be returned. Fortunately, there’s Restaurants nearby to kill time.

After wrecking your car and realizing the insurance company totalled your car and you're going to hv to rush to buy another one, all you DONT need it poor customer service from renting a car!nEnterprise car rental has ALWAYS been who we use for travel, or when our vehicles are being repaired, but going to the Tifton,GA office was huge mistake. The young men there barely speak to you! These guys are constantly on their personal phones day trading instead of taking care of customers. If you call that branch you WILL NOT get an answer I don't care how many times you call, it will be ignored and eventually after being on hold for 20 minutes, it will hang up on you telling you to call back later.nSo ifnI had any changes for my rental, I had to take time out of my busy day, to drive 30 minutes away to their branch to find them again, on their cell phones and if the phone rang they hit the ignore button and never picked up the phone!nI called customer service to report the issue and was told for my troubles I would receive a discount and they would make sure those issues were resolved.nAfter buying our new car and returning the rental, I received the statement on my email. Of course there was NO DISCOUNT , so I called customer service AGAIN. There was no record of the past conversation with my complaint, so im wondering when we do complain about our service, does it just get discarded? Like this review, will it actually get posted? Here's hoping it does, and those young men LEARN what customer service actually IS!!!nnSigned,nChoosing Avis next time!!

Worst service I ever experienced with Enterprise. I was notified at 7pm on Tuesday to tell me that I did not have a rental for Wednesday at 9am. So I quickly schedule a vehicle at the nearest location in Tifton, GA. At 2pm, I finally get a call saying there was a vehicle waiting. I had to travel 40 miles to pick up a rental. When I get to Tifton, the manager checks me in with no walk around, an empty tank, and I wasn't given a total. He never even said I apologize for the inconvenience...just gave me the keys and walked away. But not before he sarcastically questioned me about what I did for a living and where I worked. Also, I got a huge van that I was very uncomfortable driving. The guy washing the cars says 'I don't know why he's holding these cars. These were scheduled for this morning and he is just holding them'. So of course, I couldn't change the vehicle. I called in on Sat. after returning the vehicle and made a complaint. No one called me back and no compensation for my inconvenience and poor customer service. As a long time customer, I felt very disrespected and disappointed. I have always spoke highly of Enterprise and referred all of my patients to them when they needed vehicles. I won't use Enterprise again. I'll take my money to a company that values my business.

Had an issue last time i rented from them, however it was quickly taken care of. Staff at this location is great. Mask are being worn social distancing is in place cars are clean and sanitized.
