Friendly staff, very smooth transaction. The experience was great overall. I went to get my car and there were no compact cars available, so I got an upgrade. Happy about that. The car was great, just a bit dirty, like someone had spilled a drink or something like that, but no big deal. Other than that, everything was great!! The return was fast and easy
This location has always treated me and my family with world class customer care. The cars have served me well on vacation, trips to college, and family emergencies. The prices are always fair and I highly recommend this Avis shop.

AJ and Norm are awesome at this location. Very convenient for me and unlike other rental company's they stay open Saturday until 1:30. Cars are always cleaner that other competitors in Alpharetta.
I have used many other rental options in the past, but my experience with Avis has been the best experience by far. Check-in was easy, and check-out was even easier. The service is second to none, and the gentleman operating the desk, both when I came in for pick up and for drop off, was incredibly helpful. If given the option, I will likely use Avis for all my future car rental opportunities.
