You can’t get anyone to answer the phone ever. There was no one in the facility when I was dropped off by the pick up driver. (The driver was great and on time which is why they get two stars.) There was one other person waiting for their car as well. I think the issue is that there was only one person working for the Hertz portion of the facility and doing everything was impossible, except when he took a personal cal and walked to the back and left me standing at the counter waiting for over 10 mins. The car was low on washer fluid, there was none, and in Georgia during pollen season this is a nightmare. They either need more employees working or someone who can better manage their time and put customers first.

If it were possible to leave negative stars I would. We had nothing but issues from the beginning.n*The vehicle I reserved well in advance of our trip wasn't available when I arrived. I specifically wanted a minivan for the cargo room, but had to settle for a different vehicle.n*I had to wait over 30 minutes for an employee to clean the vehicle, and the back was still full of sand when they gave it to me.n*I confirmed multiple times that I would not be charged an additional day if I returned the vehicle after close of business, which I ended up having to do.n*I was indeed charged an additional day, even though I returned the car before they opened on the following business day. I've called the location twice, and been told twice that they would issue a refund for the additional day. Still hasn't been done. Now I'll be taking this to corporate and disputing the charge on my credit card.n*I will never rent from this location again. I'll happily go down the street to a competitor of Hertz where they actually have decent customer service.

Was nervous about renting because of the reviews but I had a great experience with renting from this location. Adrian and Cedric were really great while also making the whole process very smooth!

Extremely disappointing. I had made my reservation for the rental 2 months prior to pick up, and yet, on the day of pick up, it took them over 50 min to get the rental ready. They hadn’t washed the car in weeks. And even after they took the car to the washer, the interior was still dirty. When I voiced out my concern with the the delay, they dismissed me as if I was the one causing the inconvenience [by renting a car]. It was as if I was a burden to them and was treated poorly. I have learned my lesson and will makensure to never rent at their location again.nnP.S. They rarely pick up their phone.

Worst location ever. If I could leave 0 stars I would!!! We reserved a rental a month prior. When we got to the location, the guy was trying to give us a much smaller vehicle that what we paid for. My fiancé demanded that we need the size car we paid for. The guy ended up finding us a car that was the size we needed. (After he told us that all the other cars were gone for even though we reserved this car a month prior!!!) It was coming up to 5pm when they closed an and the guy finally gave us the key to the car and walked back into the store and locked the door. The car was filthy and there was absolutely no gas!!! We almost had to put the car in neutral to drive it up the street to the gas station. He did no walk through with us and just locked us out once he gave us the key. We returned the car back on time and were charged multiple times as if the car was NOT returned. We have videos of the car being returned and not having any gas. This guy needs to be fired since he clearly does not know how to deal with people. So many people are having the same complaints as us!!!! Beware!
