I never write reviews online but I figured I would this time for having such a terrific rental car experience. Firstly, the biggest shout out goes to Adam Cooper. This was my 3rd time renting with Enterprise Exotics and I received the highest level of customer service in Alpharetta over the other 2 locations. Upon making my reservation online, I quickly got a call from Adam to work out the details of the rental. He made sure to get me the colour and model Stingray I wanted. I made a few modifications to the date of the reservation before picking it up and coordinated with Adam every step of the way. He would promptly respond to emails if I had a question, even very early in the morning when I wasn't even expecting a response until later on in the day. When I arrived, he was friendly, easy going and most importantly, got me into the car without any delay. A few days after returning the car, he even followed up to make sure everything was ok and if I enjoyed my time in the rental! I certainly did and would never use another rental car service ever again. Thank you Enterprise Exotics Alpharetta.
