Excellent overall experience. I am Hertz Gold member and expect a higher standard all the time. I travel a lot so know many different locations and typical customer service, including at most major airports in the US. Cannot understand previous bad ratings from other customers at this location, but my experience is most rental companies have pockets of these incidences. I certainly understand that over the extended Covid period, there can be increased stress and work over load. Maybe this was the root cause maybe not. My experience - I rented a Cargo van from this location to move some personal items. I arrived an hour earlier than booked. The manager had my paperwork ready, got the van ready in less than 10 min (was not due till an hour later). It was clean. Return process was easy and painless. Done in few minutes. Kudos to the local Hertz team and specially the manager. Definitely will rent form this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They gave me a reservation when they had 0 cars available, and actually appeared to be about 10 cars short of their need. I understand, things happen, system issues, etc. but why would you not proactively call your reservations and tell them that you are short and don’t have a vehicle. This is a car rental facility, people are getting dropped off at the facility to get cars. So they’re getting rides in, ubering in, etc. inexcusable. DONT COME HERE.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This location allowed me to book a car on Saturday, then upon arriving I discovered they’re closed on the weekend. I’m in town for a wedding and now I’m stuck with no car. I’m absolutely livid.

Booked a car here (and paid $500+) 2 weeks prior to picking it up. The day I go to get it (9/18/2020) there's no one inside and there is a sign on the door stating they were closed the previous day due to a power outage. There's people cleaning cars in the lot looking at me and an couple more customers there for pick ups but they say nothing, and the car i rented and paid for is there but the lights are off inside and there's no one inside. I call Hertz and am told there are NO vehicles for rent in the whole Atlanta metro area available. Judging by the ratings there's a bunch of lazy people here who just didn't want to come into work so they can get a 3 day weekend. Terrible company, would not recommend and will never use again.
