Can't give a zero.... as a business trying to use a truck first thing in the morning and getting turned away because my supervisor set it up and sent me to pick it up is complete BS. We have rented from many different rental locations and never had an issue. Dont waste your time with this rude service, can't even call it customer service. Another gentlemen walked up with a mask on while I was leaving and he was told to go outside and wait... no one was in the building with the employee and it is around 30 degrees outside. This old man needs to retired and get the hell out of customer service.
Absolutely DO NOT EVER rent anything from this location possibly the entire company!!!
The guys at the roswell budget are amazing every step of the way
We picked up the car at 9 am, and he told us the tag expires in one day, and said he could get another tag late afternoon but recommended that we just take the risk and drive 20 hours on an expired tag. His only job is to make sure the car works, and the paperwork is up to date. He couldn’t even do this. We returned the car. Horrible business.
Absolutely the worst service/experience ever.nHighly suggest renting elsewhere, you will thank me.
