I reserved a vehicle from this location over a month before a trip. I received a call just two hours before I was supposed to leave asking if I still needed a vehicle. When I called back Avis said that it had no vehicles to rent me and that I needed to call other rental car companies. They didn’t care at all. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told that the manager would call me in two hours. She never called me. The manager apparently didn’t think it was important to call me back. I will never rent from this place again.nnI plan to warn my friends and family to stay away.nnNOTE: AVIS asked me to contact them below. I emailed it all the information it requested and they never bothered to contact me. AVIS does not care about customers.

l liked their rates. I do have a problem with not just Avia but public businesses where you NEVER get all the details when you call about different payment policies.

I have rented cars from a lot of different places and the experience at this Avis branch is by far the best. Typically rental car companies (and yes Avis too) don't even earn the 1 star that they get, but Felicia makes it a pleasure to rent a car. She is always happy, welcoming and positive. She just makes you want to have a great day when you leave!

I’ve rented from the Mansell location several times over the past year. By far it’s the easiest procedures I’ve ever been through as compared to enterprise in the area.nMy rental representatives were very cordial and accommodating.

It’s 8:35 AM on Monday 10/5 and no one decided to come to work today. There are SIX angry customers waiting outside to return their vehicles. No drop box, nothing. The keys are in the vehicle, Avis - your problem.
