When renting a vehicle, one would prefer to go to the closest location to where he or she lives. In my case, nope. I like to go to the facility with the Best Manager, great employees, smooth running business, clean and polite! The site manager for 10670 Alpharetta Hwy is O'Hara. He is professional, moves at a fast pace, business savvy, understanding and remembers his clientele! I got blessed to be able to work with O'Hara on a customer level at two locations that he managed! He is such an asset to any company he pair's with!
Austin and O’Hara is God sent! My last minute decision to rent for two days was trouble free! I highly recommend this location for your rental needs. I usually come to this location and never let down. Thank you for all you do!
Prompt and amazingly polite team. Very COVID aware(Clorox wipes and social distancing) and very clean vehicles. I was in and out very quickly!
I was attended to immediately, the one tiny error with my reservation was explained thoroughly, and professionally (my fault), and the staff was exceptionally professional.
