It was okay until I returned early which I told them I might! Now they won’t answer the phone, pick up and throw you back on hold, I guess it’s cause they don’t wanna prorate my money back! All I’m saying is the customer service sucks, called the 855 number they reached out to area manager so I’m waiting on that call! Overall, I’ve used Enterprise for every rental I’ve ever gotten, get to Georgia and the games begin! Horrible service.

I'm giving a 1 star review not for Enterprise, the company, but for the local establishment where I rented.nnUpon return of a rental car that I used for a trip to visit family over the Thanksgiving holiday, an associate told me that I needed to wear a mask inside the rental office. I politely declined. The associate was very insistent that I wear a mask. All 3 workers in the office were wearing masks. When I again refused, the associate informed me that the manager would be called to report me. I instructed him to call anybody he desired. Once the manager was on the phone I was handed the phone and the manager proceeded to tell me I was required to wear a mask. I again declined to do so and was told by the manager that I would never be able to rent from them again. Well, if that's the case then good riddance! I will not support an establishment that thinks they can impose unlawful restrictions on people.

Car was clean and worked well; however, my scheduled pick-up time was 5pm. Unfortunately, the site closed at 5pm. So when I arrived at 5:10, I was too late. I was told they close earlier due to the pandemic. Understandable, but at the least update your hours in the confirmation email. My confirmation cited a 6pm close-time.nnNeedless to say, I had to come back the next day - which cost me time and money.nnOh, I did call customer service to determine my options. I was told I could go to the airport to get a rental (the only location open after 5pm, but also an hour + away from where I was). However, the rental would be ~$300 more then what I had already received confirmation for (exact same car and duration). Not a nice way to service your customer....especially since you allowed me to make a reservation for a time the location would be closed.nnNot happy...ud83eudd28
