The worst communication. Waited three hours to be picked up. Had the wrong pick up address and didn’t bother giving me a phone call to verify the address or that they were on the way etc.
Beale St location staff are outstanding. They are patient and kind. The manager offered me an upgrade at no extra charge and the car is super cool!!
The Quincy Office was so helpful while my car was in the shop. I needed it for a second day and there was no problems just a quick call. Very Happy with Enterprise Staff on the phone and in person.
