Hertz has alot to work on in terms of customer service . They must think they can do what they want because of the few options consumers have to rent a vehicle for uber. Not only were my complaints unresolved . They do not try to make things right if there is a complaint . Also I'd you rent through uber make sure that you renew your agreement weekly or else they will blow up your phone and leave tons of voicemails . Very annoying
Very smooth process from a friendly knowledgeable associate.
The truck I got was almost brand new, ran great and had no issues. Jay and Jirrell (sorry if misspelled) were extremely helpful when I returned asking for further help with a receipt. Everyone I dealt with here was pleasant and I had zero problems.

Efficient, friendly and fast registration. Matt and Jhourey work great as a team. The office is conveniently located, especially if you want to avoid the expensive car rental surcharge from Logan Airport locations. Highly recommended!!
