The car was fine. I rented through insurance and my biggest complaint is that they tell you they no longer have any cars that fall into the $30 a day or less, without you having to pay for something out of pocket. They I had to fight with them, call my insurance agent and have them go back and fight with them in order to not incur any daily charges. So this is an issue and be aware if it happens to you. In general I like Enterprise and they met me at the auto body shop where my car was being repaired, so I didn't have to go to them.

It was an easy and clean process, I was not worries about the sanitation standards at all. The employees were dealing with the heat and circumstances very well. Especially Mikayla, she was bright and made our experience wonderful.

My reservation was for the location at Quincy Ave in Braintree, MA. However, when I arrived at the location the lot was empty, there was a paper in the window informing us that the location is closed due to COVID, and that they are only operating the location located in Weymouth, two miles from the one in Braintree.nMy initial thought was, why did they allow us to reserve a car at the location if it is closed?nThere was a number listed to call, so I called and got connected to the general reservation line. Not even the local Weymouth line, so I had to go through the selection to finally get someone at the Weymouth location.nAfter getting connected with the local rep., I asked why did they allow me to reserve a car at a location that they knew is closed?nShe replied saying that it is allowed just to figure out where the reservations are being generated to. This will allow them to figure out which store to reopen.nThat's okay if they let the customer know.nWhen I said that Molly said that someone called me the night before my reservation to inform me. She even said that they left a message which is a blatant lie because I have no message or missed calls on my phone.nnTo make matters worst, I drove to the location and still had to wait over thirty minutes to get a vehicle that I reserved several days ago.nThen they vacuum the interior of the van, and didn't even bother to clean windows or even wash the vehicle.nThis experience has been quite stressful compounding on the situation that my family and I have been dealing with. Our niece passed away in her sleep, and this vehicle is to be used to get the family to NC in order to be with the rest of the family to mourn our loss.nEnterprise needs to do better.

I rented from the Weymouth Enterprise Rent-A-Car office and had a great experience. It's clear they are working hard to maintain social distancing and cleaning guidelines during rental pick-up and return, so it was very safe and efficient. Kyra (I'm sorry if that spelling is incorrect) was very helpful and quick at pick-up time, and Kurt, the manager, did an equally speedy job at drop off. Many thanks for your concern for my well-being and safety during rental.

Worst experience BY FAR! I made a reservation online and chose to save time by putting all my card info online. Upon getting to the location, I got through the whole process, including the car walk around. We then get to the point of making a payment, the man advised me that he cannot accept my card due to it not having a chip. My bank does not offer cards with a chip. I asked him if he could enter my card manually, which he replies no, which I know they can do. As a result of this BS, which I've never had to deal with going through them, I missed probably the most important business meeting of my life and lost out on the opportunity of a lifetime. If I could give zero stars, you better believe I would have. I think this is the end of my relationship with enterprise.
