To be clear I did not rent from them and they were very nice on the phone. Just letting you know before you get too deep into looking at renting from them... they only let you use the vehicle locally. Bummer.

easy check out/in process but no shuttle service to airport. They will take you close by as long as you dont come close to closing time and they have two employees working

Reservation process is a bummer. Their website IS NOT USER-FRIENDLY. Plus they want your insurance number, company name, agent name, etc. Not worthy it.

Reputation lives up to their name. No regrets so far.

Staff was friendly & helpful. Car was clean, priced right, and gave us no trouble. We requested a minivan and were given a 2016 Grand Caravan with ~50k miles on it. Dropped us off at the airport in our rented van, so we didn't have to lug all of the luggage into a different vehicle. Overall a great experience! Notes: - Spouse is included as a driver for free - Additional drivers are $5/day (i think - I could be wrong on the exact fee) - They require a copy of a proof of insurance (from your own car) when you pick up. This was a surprise to us, but luckily we could get to it online. - They take note of the fuel level and expect it to be returned at or above that level. $6/gal charge otherwise. This is pretty normal, the only difference is that the big guys usually start you with a full tank and expect it to be returned full.
