I rented a pick up truck a couple weeks ago. I got a call 3 days before my pickup date letting me know that there was a possibility they wouldn't have my rental due to being oversold all week. When I went by to check on the rental, i was told the manager drove all the way down to utah county (30 miles+) to get the rental for me! Great customer service and commitment to excellence!

The staff was amazing in dealing with a completely insane chain of events caused by a family member I rented a car for, they were helpful with all information I needed for recovering the overdue vehicle, very professional in dealing with the drama that was forced on them when the vehicle was finally returned and very helpful with finding discounts for me to help the pending financial ruin that my family member had placed me in by not returning the car as agreed upon. GPS trackers would have been extremely useful but how often is it that you rent a car for a family member and they ghost you with the car?

I went to pick up a vehicle that I reserved online and prepaid for. When I went to pick the vehicle up, I was told there were no vehicles left and my reservation meant nothing. They did not call to inform me they were out of cars even though they had been out of stock all day. I waited in line for an hour just to be told there were no vehicles at all that could be rented. I then had to call the corporate office to issue a refund as this location did not cancel or refund the reservation. I felt bad for the front desk representative getting screamed at by the women a head of me that received the same news. Don't waste your time making a reservation with Hertz.

Had to wait 2 hours for a vehicle that was pre-ordered for business. They knew when I was coming the day before and they knew it was time sensitive. Came back 3x to get the vehicle. Finally received it. Got me into a pickle with my boss. That said, great attitude and polite verbiage but service could definitely improve. I don't care if you have a huge customer, you still honor your word to the small companies

The WORST experience ever. We spent 40 min at the location and ended up without a car again... we rented a vehicle that they didn’t have available and kept trying to push us into a smaller car, then after asking for a manager who was stending next to us for half the time never had any courtesy to even say a word to us. His name was Jonah and he is a DISCRACE as a manager and does not care about the company especially about the customer relationship.
