I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise thanks to Johnny Foster. He was personable, took the time to clearing explain everything to me, and made sure I was taken care of throughout the process. I was having work done on a car at Caliber Collision and it was nice to have the rental car there already and I could just leave it there when my car was finished. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again.
I want to say thank you and I’m sorry to Tanner! I called very upset about charges that hit my account a month after I returned my vehicle but he stayed very calm and professional during our whole conversation. He was able to help me understand what happened and even helped with some of the charges. I rent a lot through Enterprise and will continue to do so!! Thank you!!
Enterprise is easy to work with. They were flexible when I needed a car for a couple more days than expected. Staff was nice both on the phone and in person. I rent a few times a year and Enterprise is my favorite place to rent from.
