I didn't end up renting a car due to some complications, namely being under 25, but everyone was so nice and friendly. The guy I was working with noticed I was under 25 and told me there'd be a pretty big fee, but that I could take some time to see if I could find a better deal somewhere else. Very clean very nice. Definitely recommend

Before renting from this company I had chatted with an Agent and I had asked if international travel was allowed with my renal. They said yes and I proceeded with purchasing the rental. I decided to call the location before my pickup date to confirm that international travel was allowed and was told it was not. I asked for a cancellation and asked that the $50 fee be waived since it was not my fault that the previous agent had told me incorrectly that international travel was allowed. They checked the chat log and said that even though the previous agent mistakenly told me it was allowed that they would not waive the $50 fee. It's really awful for a company, even after admitting fault, to not waive their cancellation fee. Honestly unheard of.

1st time using Avis, good price and I was upgraded to Grand Cherokee at pick up. However I was told the car was cleaned and sanitized but when I got home I noticed there was a pile of plant stickers/debris on the floor, the back seat had what appeared to be soda spray on it and an unopened 7-UP bottle under the driver seat. When I mentioned this the attendant he shook his head and blamed it on the car washer with no offer to make amends. I am an Enterprise Gold status member but gave Avis a try after my Father insisted they were great...This is what I would describe as missed opportunity.

Because I rented the car Chevy Tahoe to move my son to California and after 50 miles drive rear passenger tire with 10 seconds of warning of low tire pressure it completely shredded to pieces. I was with most difficulty able to take the car on the three vehicles and metal rim to the shoulder. When I contacted emergency roadside assistance of Avis after 45 minutes of waiting on the phone person suggested that I should change the spare tire which is according to his record is full-size tire and continue my journey. I also requested help in changing spare tire after receiving text of someone coming in 45 minutes nobody showed up and one of the nicest stranger truckdriver helped me to change tire. When I looked at the tire it was smaller size with no thread left almost on the tire. It was not safe for me or my family would drive all the way to Los Angeles California. Customer service also did not help me to find replacement car and told me that I don't have a choice but to either return the car if I do not want to drive same car but I will be charged fully. They did not help me at all in emergency situation which Avis rented defective car and that put life of my family in danger.

Ray was quick and had me out in minutes. Appreciated his flexibility with my car options! Only reason I put a 4 star is because vehicle could've been cleaned better. I've found this with many car rental places nowadays. Other than that, service was great!
