Seriously the best rental agent i have ever had. He told me he would deliver the car to me at my hotel, and he did just that! I even wasn't going to get paid until the next day, and he told me "No worries, I got you bro". I highly recommend this spectacular car rental company to anyone that wants an over all GREAT experience with authentic customer service styles that leave you feeling like a friend; not just a client. Thank you myles! You are the best, my friend.

I had front door service!! Myles was polite and professional. He even picked me up. I rented a newer very clean car, and was very pleased with the over all experience! I would definitely use Myles again for a one day to a week and I will tell my friends!

Said he would pick my wife up at airport with vehicle. No show, no answer phone, so my wife was stranded with no way of going anywhere except walking. My daughter had to drive over two hours to get my wife because he was no show! . EDIT: He did finally contact us and tried to make it right. He did eventually get us a vehicle and didn't charge us for the weekend But still never called to say he was having issues or that he would be late until AFTER my daughter had to drive and pick up my wife So changed to 4 stars because he did try to make it right

Myles provided amazing service for our last minute car rental. All of the mainstream rental services such as hertz, enterprise, Turo and businesses alike were either sold out or way too expensive for drivers under 25. Myles was available to deliver the vehicle within 20 minutes and was willing to drop it off at any location. Returning the car was easy as he met us at our hotel to return the key and he already had arrangements for the next customer to rent the car at the same location. Payments and return of the security deposit was extremely easy with Venmo. Myles even offered to give us a ride to the airport the next day for a way more affordable price than Uber or Lyft. If I could give Myles 10 stars I would as our experience with him couldn’t have been any more perfect, highly recommend!
