Excellent service. I got a free upgrade when they didn't have my car available. I was able to very easily extend my rental by a day at the last minute. Pick up and drop off were very quick and painless. Would recommend!
The car they originally planned to give me smelled like tobacco smoke. So they upgraded to a different vehicle. It worked perfectly for the trip. They were attentive and responsive to all of my questions and concerns.
I can't say enough good things about my local branch. They are always responsive and helpful. Even with a last-minute emergency they were able to get me a car in under an hour and pick me up from my home.
I want to give them 5 stars because all of them are very professional, understanding the needs of the client and willing to help. I have been renting with them at this specific store at West Valley City for more than 10 years and never disappointed. In addition, the collection of cars they have are A1. Thank you so much
