I received 5 star customer service from Marvin. He was very professional and I am pleased with the service i received on 2/22/2021. This location is fully staffed and i love the safety measures that they have in place for COVID 19. It took less than 30 min to get my rental I was in and out I will def recommend customers to rent from this location . Ask for Marvin when you rent he’s the BEST.

So I chose rent a car to take my niece back to Tennessee. And wow did I get lucky with this Enterprise! The staff is extremely courteous, quick and accurate with giving you a nice clean car, but most of all… They all were wearing mask to protect the health and safety of everyone! I highly recommend this location, I’ve rented many cars but the customer service here was extremely pleasant, and you know in today’s world happy people are great to be around. So next time y’all need a rental car around the Marietta area y’all should go to this Enterprise. Happy holidays to all the staff and associates!

When I say the process was soooo smooth and easy. These guys helped me out at the lasttttt dam min (my fault, but sometimes im impulsive). Anyways from the phone conversation, to the rate of the vehicle, to the initial pickup, these employees gave me nooo issues and were super friendly and helpful ESPECIALLY kaisha!!! Will def rent again..who is better than enterprise anyways?!?!??nnNobody.....thanks yall! Definitely will be using enterprise again..nAnd did i mention it was quick???nnYup it was quick. Thank you!!!

At first it was great , but they didn't go over all the details, like can only have a car for thirty days,.. n... at the end of 30days, they went up $150 a week $240- to$388 a week), it took 9 days to get my deposit back after the first contract, I still haven't got my deposit back after 2nd contract.... It's been 3 days... So if the communication was better,.. n.. they was prompt about your deposit $$$... I would give higher marks... I not impressed .
