Do not book here!! I made an online reservation when my car was wrecked for the next day. I received a call day of pickup to tell me they made a mistake over booking me. One the system shouldn’t even allow me to over book if that is the case The gentleman wasn’t so gentle telling me as he laughed that He thought it was funny that I booked last minute on spring break and thought the car would be there. I asked the man his name and he refused to repeat it saying he already mentioned to me . I asked for his manager and said his manager is gone for the month . I then asked if he could call or check online to see which other Avis had any card since I’m in the situation he offered no help at all. He said they are their own stores he’s not calling nor does there system allow for him to check as I was saying that this was ridiculous he hung up in my face This is NOT how business should operate I REPEAT SO NOT BOOK HERE IF IT HAD AN OPTION FOR NO STARS THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I WOULD PUT!

If there was a negative star option I’d have filled it up. Reserved a car just to get there and find out they don’t have any. Why not have that on the website or call if there are no cars. Completely unprofessional and the manager/staff were no help at all. Neither is the online customer service. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Spend your money and time anywhere but here. I can’t stress this enough. Avis is a terrible company.

This office has one of the worst services I had ever experienced in my life. During the holidays on New Years Eve my Uber app got me off the system after me calling then for a week telling them that the registration will expire the 31st; they kept saying everything will be all right. The result by 12 am December 31st my Uber app kick me out bcs registration expire. I probably lost like $2000 in income for those 5 days that I wasn't able to drive bcs they didn't have a vehicle available to replace it. They said; they would refund my credit card for those days I couldn't work worth 5 days of rental and it took several calls and over a Month to see this happening...nWhen I got a flat tire drivers have to pay for it even though we are paying for insurance.nHonestly very disappointed of all the way they handle business. Good luck trying to call and get a hold of someone in that office... It could take you all day and you may have to try the day after again. It happened to me several times... Almost $1200 per Month for car rental for this kind of service...

I rented a car through Avis & Uber. The first time I went they didn’t have any cars & of course it said they did online, waste of time already I should’ve known. I finally got a car months later to work it was $250 a week so I’m already paying $1000 for a car that I don’t lease! They went up to $260 I was told the first time I noticed they’d fix it, they fixed it once. I told them the next time I was charged and some guy over the phone was so rude and said it’s $260 now there’s nothing you can do the rates changed. First of all nobody emailed called or anything to notify me of rate changes so y’all already owe me money. I was told to keep 250 in my account so they could charge it every week. I was out of work for 2 weeks because they didn’t send the documentation to Uber!! I should’ve gotten $500 for a refund since I was unable to work & that’s the only reason I got the car. They never charged me consistently it was always random. One day they took a whole $1000 from my account!! Idk any rental place that’ll let you keep their car for 4 weeks without paying. These people owe me $1500 they’re an entire SCAM!! NEVER GET A CAR FROM HERE. My account is on file I need a manager to reply ASAP. I want my money back. I’ve also kept trying to call and they keep transferring me to customer support, they never answer the phone.

I reserved a vehicle . Once i travelled there they tell me that they dont have any cars. I used lyft to their. They did not have cars in other 2 locations close to this location. They wasted my time and money . Their customer service was not great either.
