After having a horrible experience at the ATL Airport Enterprise location, Suzanne, Jonathan and Leroy went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. This is, by far, my favorite location! Their level of service and hospitality is unmatched! I have observed, on numerous occasions, how seamlessly they juggle multiple customers and effectively navigate through any issues that arise to ensure that everyone feels welcome and taken care of. I love this location! I been coming here for years and they take care of me properly...Suzanne is by far one of the most accommodating managers ever. I have rented a car from this location at least 10-12 times and I have always received extra-ordinary services. Last weekend I wanted to rent a car, it was a very sudden plan. Enterprise closes at 1PM on Saturday and we booked a car at 12.45 PM. We reached there by 1.05 PM but Jonathan made sure to hand us the car. Since the car we booked was not available, he gave us a free upgrade. They always make sure to give you the best services. Plus, all the cars are very clean and sanitized. I would highly recommend this enterprise location.

I had a wonderful experience. I have rented twice from them and the customer service is always excellent.nThank you Suzanne; you are very appreciated for all your hardwork and your ability to make your clients feel welcome and appreciated. This is now my favorite Enterprise branch in Atlanta GA.nMy first rental was a and XTS via GEICO arrangement while my Cadillac was being repaired. I came back and rented a Full size SUV ( White Ford Expedition Max). On both occasions, the cars were very clean and even sanitized.nThank you again Suzanne and thanks to your whole crew over there at Cumberland. I will definitely be back !

My company has a corporate account with Enterprise and I needed to rent multiple vehicles for my team with short notice. This location got us the vehicles and has been providing excellent customer service for me and my team. I highly recommend working with them!
