My car broke down unexpectedly and I was struggling my to find a rental until mine got fixed. With having such a bad day, David turned it around and make things so much better! He was so helpful and understanding making my experience wonderful! I would recommend this location any day. Thanks David for the great customer service!

The staff at this location is nothing short of AMAZING! They took a seemingly horrific situation and turned it into a very pleasant experience. They were able to provide a clean vehicle large enough to accommodate my family on very short notice.. The procedure they have to ensure safety and social distancing was impressive. Id recommend this location to anyone.

Hi, it was excellent 3 weeks driving the 2019 Kia Rio red four door, my co-workers thought it was mine but no it's a rental. I've done all of my Thanksgiving/Xmas shopping early so wouldn't have to carry all of the big stuff on the CAT buses everyday. The enterprise car rental staff was friendly and got my rental quick on time to go work. Thanks.

The check in was very efficient despite the particular location not allowing anyone into the reception area due to covid. Personnel very nice. We appreciate that spouse is covered without red tape and additional fees. The car itself was good, however, it smelled really bad... as if someone had smoked a cigar inside. I was so tired when I picked up car I didn't notice immediately. It was bad. I didn't have time to exchange it. When I returned it I had the rep get inside and asked his opinion. He agreed it was bad. What is frustrating is that if I had smoked in the car, I would have been charged several hundred dollars. I reported it, so I'm waiting to see if Enterprise reaches out to me.

I love love the customer service that the lady with new short blonde hair cut has she is wonderful. I wish I could remember her name but she loves her job and it shows. She gets me in and out every time. This is at the Garden City location.
