Horrible experience. Reserved a Yukon a week earlier, when I got there they told me they didn't have any. I said cancel the rental. They told me just take this Ford Edge drive it to FT Lauderdale airport and they will swap it out for the Yukon. 20 minute drive later they were looking at me like I was crazy. They said that store is always sending people to us we don't have the cars. Been calling the location where I was suppose to pick up the Yukon originally no one answers. Been calling Hertz 1800 # where they have been passing me to different extensions. Wasted time and now I'm fighting for them to take off the charge on my card. A full day charged for a ride they told me to take. Will never use Hertz again.
Awful customer service. Reserved a car and arrived to be told that they don’t have any cars. The one guy working the desk (very reluctantly and only after I told him) called two other locations to find out if they had cars and then said, “you could go to another company I guess” while it was pouring out. No desire to help whatsoever
