Rented a car from this location, car was dirty inside and usbs didn’t work. Did get a slight discount, would have rather had a clean working car for my trip. Oh, don’t believe when you have a car reservation. Still had to wait after my reservation time to pick up the car (PRE COVID).
Service was efficient at pick up and after hours return was easy and convenient. However, I had a pick up scheduled for 4:30 p.m. and they didn't have any vehicles available until 4 p.m.! I was scheduled for a free upgrade which they couldn't honor due to limited cars on site. I would imagine this is a corporate issue and not a branch issue.
I had a great experience with the rental and the rental agent she made sure I was happy with everything.
I received very friendly greeting and attempted to promptly. When I expressed dissatisfaction with vehicle options available they quickly accommodated me. Excellent service.
The woman that rented me the car was very nice. The car was also nice but did drive kind of funny as though a tune up may be needed. The only issue I really had was the car wasnt clean when I got it. I did mention it to the associate but she claimed it was just cleaned but i didnt quite believe that because the outside and inside were visibly dirty. It was the only car they had available so I took it and paid someone else to clean it for me. I can't have my children riding around in a dirty car with COVID being so easily to contract.
