If I could give ZERO stars I would.. TERRIBLE customer service. I will never return here! Renter beware. Howard the main rep at the front desk is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I had a corporate reservation booked through my employer and he would not honor it. He said he would not release my rental even though I made it 2 months prior! Delayed my trip over 4 hours and I had to get corporate involved in order to get the situation resolved.
Horrible customer service! Wish I got the guys name, unbelievable! Rude. Not polite at all! On the phone sending/reading text messages, while I'm trying to ask questions, so I understand how the process of the car rental. I had to say excuse me, so many freaking times so he could pay attention. No respect to the customer at all! If you weren't ready to talk to the customer and needed time to yourself to be on your cellphone, why call for the next customer? I don't get it. Unprofessional.
Efficient and friendly staff; we got a lovely vehicle in a New York minute!
This place is sketchy I called about a 3 days rental the guy say $254 later that days I called back he say $315... when my wife went to the Westfield mall location another guy told her 3 days would cost $185 plus $200 deposits so I guess they make up price along the way... car rental with scammers working there
The worst ever, I made my reservation but when I went to pick it up they had just gave it to someone else, they gave me a cheaper made car but charged me more , I will tell everyone I see about this horrible place, and I will go to the media and tell them , no one should go there a except to be treated fair ,and not get ripped off ,......
