Friendly employee who not only answered my questions, but called ahead to the tire store to get a damaged tire repaired. She made sure that everything was in place to make this procedure seamless. They also followed masking procedures. All transactions and communications were held outside.
I made a reservation for a minivan about 3 weeks prior to my pickup. When arriving to pick up the minivan, I was told that there were no minivans at the location, but that I needed to go to another location to get an equivalent vehicle. The 2nd location did not have a minivan, only a large SUV, which did not meet what we needed. No explanation was given about why the car we reserved was not available. Would not recommend renting from this location, as they can not be trusted to honor reservations.
Wanted to rent a car for two days while my car is being service. But noooo they require a minimum of one week rental. That is so stupid. Must be they love to lose business. Dimbasses!
Robin is a life saver. We rented a car in Milwaukee and the smell was so bad the entire drive to Florida we could not use it for days. We tried to air it out but the heat only made it worse. Milwaukee refused to find a solution but within five minutes of arriving, Robin saved the day and our holiday by providing us an amazingly clean and fresh smelling car. THANK YOU ROBIN !!!!!
