Patti and kathy two of the workers there helped me out so much on my vacation by helping me get into a different rental car after the first one had been returned early on accident. They went above and beyond. Very lovely people

Came on the cruise ship. They only had two workers to rent cars with dozens of people waiting in line. If you order a car online you should just be able to pick up the keys like at most rental locations. Why don’t you have more employees for a busy morning

My new wife and I came to Kona Hawaii for our honeymoon. We rented a premium car from Hertz, a 2019 Chevy Impala. There was quite a price difference from what I booked online and from what they told me it would be at the counter. The nice gentlemen helping us went to get his manager Micah and he took care of us, no questions asked! He changed the price to even be cheaper than what I booked, he made a fantastic first impression for our honeymoon and we couldn’t be more happy with the car or our first interaction in Hawaii. Thank you so much for your commitment to customer service!!!
