Worst business ethic I've ever encountered. Terrible customer interaction and service. Once you give them money you will never see it again. We rented a large 4x4 vehicle, the one meant for us was non-functional. So were both of the next two cars they attempted to force on us as replacements. The car we drove away with had to be jump started. Was half the size of what we paid for, and not 4x4. It was dead again the next morning, thankfully our landlord was around to jump it. It also wasn't sealed properly and had mildew growing inside. Returned the car the next day, asking for a refund of the unused time. They refused, flat out stone wall complete refusal, to work with us for any kind of compensation. They literally could not provide a functional car for us and were offended that we returned our vehicle and went with someone else. Personally, I would consider this 'business' as having stolen our money.nnAvoid at all costs.
This asshat's website says $200 up to $250 per week and then when you inquire about making a reservation for 4 days it becomes $250 a day! Talk about raising the prices for a holiday weekend. Then he responds that this is his last personal car and that his girlfriend is hitchhiking... C'mon dude... use some common sense then... If your chick is hitchhiking for rides don't rent out the car... Bottom line is stay away from this Donkey! This is not the place to rent a car! Spend the extra money and rent from a big chain... Trust me... It's worth it!
Great service. This company was able to rent me a car when the 'big guys' wouldn't. I recommend checking here first.
Never again! Car was filthy, candy, wrappers, random trash, animal hair, dirt, food spills, super worn tires. Seemed like someone’s personal car substituted due to rental shortage. Sent multiple texts inc pics, checked credit card statement a month later, no refund. After multiple contacts a refund of $800 was offered on a $1000 transaction. No Aloha here!
Great service great prices the owner is willing to work with you clean and nice cars if you're looking for a cheap place to rent a car this is the place to go
