Awesome service! Comfortable and clean environment! The young man who served us was extremely nice and patient. He explained everything in detail for me. He also walked me to the car, which helped me to find my car faster in a stormy day. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends.nnNever thought that I would receive such a helpful service. Would definitely rent with Enterprise again when I travel.

Nice people. Honest and dependable service.nnMy car broken down and needed to rent one. Enterprise is one of the two car rental places in this small town. On that snow storm day, they didn't jack up the prices. Price remained very reasonable IMO.nnThe car very quite new. The rep there was very upfront about a pre-existing scratch and assured me not to worry about it. So checking the car out was a fast and easy.nnWhen returning the car, there was a big traffic jam and I was late. The service rep understood and proactively waived overtime fee without me asking!!nnSuper nice experience. Strongly recommend!

Todd is a credit the organization. Friendly, helpful and patient with my ever changing pickup time. Knowledgable about the vehicle and policies, I was on the road in under 5 minutes. Enterprise is my favorite car rental outfit, and this is why. Empowering and trusting employees to do their job independently. A great concept other companies might adapt.

Excellent service! I had a standard size car reserved for a road trip and when I went to pick it up they gave me a Dodge Charger, which would have been a blast, however the previous renter had smoked in it. Bummer. The next car wasn’t comfortable, so I asked for yet a 3rd option and ended up in a Mercedes... wow! Killer upgrade! Todd was really patient and accommodating. What a great rental experience!

They were great. Friendly. Accommodating. Provided excellent service. The Truckee location was very helpful and I plan to use them again and refer them.
