Budget Car Rental

I miss the car ud83dude22 My first experience with Budget was amazing! I probably won't rent from anyone else ever again. The car was great, the customer service was great, the price was great! I'll definitely be going back. The rental process was fast and easy, I rented the car for a week, the return process was quick. All in all a great experience

HOOOOORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! they dont answer the phones until 820 and cant accommodate my customers as well as enterprise! 3rd rate rental company!

This place has horrible customer service. I reserved a car 2 weeks in advance. Went to pick up the car and it was filthy so I said something and tried to get a new car and was told this is the only car avable. So I took it noticed the low tire light was on so I put air in the tire 4 times during my 12 houre trip. I returned the car just as clean as I picked it up. 1 month later they charge me a 250 dollar cleaning fee. Umm how 1 month later can you do this? How many other people rrnted this car within an month. Never go here

I'm in Reno for work for a few months so I've been on a short-term lease. Today on my drive home, they called to inform me that the vehicle I have was subject to a safety recall. Obviously, that's out of their control, but what was noteworthy is that the employee who contacted me (regretfully, I do not recall his name) stayed well after closing so I could stop by to get a new car. It was very much appreciated!

Outstanding customer service. Rented a vehicle from them which was great. But then got broken in too. An they didn't give me a hard time. I would recommend this place to anyone just make sure you are covered with insurance. After a month rental an the truck they replaced for the car that got broken in too did have a oil cap on an the owner tried to blame me. Stated that he has been doing this job for 30 years. Well if you been doing this job for 30 years you would know shut happens an to blame your customer is not the right thing to do! Closes early with out notice acts super rude like she didnt want to help
