They do not open at 730 am like google says. No signs on door if they ever open.
Helped save us money
Wish I could give this place 0 stars.. I reserved a car, showers up about 15 minutes before opening, the clerk was terrible, he was rude, tried to quote policies that he count pull up to show me. I should have know when he have the guy ahead of me a problem too. I’ve never had an issue renting a car, especially with a credit card. Then he wouldn’t give me the customer service number, and as a result I was 2 hrs late to work.. Let’s just say I ended up renting from the airport. Save your time and energy rent from the airport!!

Renting from this agency hasnproved to be a simple, easy process, andnat an excellent price. You can save money bynrenting here, rather than at the airport. It is locatednlike 2.6 miles from the Reno Tahoe Airport. Andy
The WORSE experience I have EVER had renting! The guy in the office came out rude and arrogant when he greeted me. I was quoted a price over the phone and when I came in to pay he jacked the price up by $100 and was very disrespectful about the whole thing. This was my first and last time I will ever rent from this location! They dont even deserve 1 star!
