Like the idea of being able to use my debit card for rental unlike other companies that make it so its hard to live especially when i dont have big name credit cards or family to fall back on! Last month I had a car rented from another company they made it impossible for me to rent the car I reserved. I called Payless from the airport and within 30 minutes I was on the road. I have rented several time since and will only use your Reno location, you have a customer for life. Your staff is friendly helpful and accommodating. I had to rent an emergency car for a week. My sister was admitted to hospital in Portland. They helped us get the car and on the road in an hour. Trip was good. Car was excellent. Unlimited miles huge help. Only problem was when we returned. They had said by 5 pm. We got it there at 3 pm. They said we were late. Tried to imply fee. Clerk actually raised his voice. My husband pulled out our agreement. Clerk didn't apologize. Just said thank you.
