Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Have been a long time Enterprise customer because I am able to use my debit card and avoid a credit card charge. The recent customer service I received from Alex at the Prater location is exactly why I keep returning to Enterprise for my car rental needs. Had to take our Traverse for brake service and needed a one day rental. Made my reservation online and when I came in Alex helped me. The experience was seamless! I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes. He explained the additional coverage options, which I purchased the additional insurance, but was NOT pushy at all. Was personable and funny, friendly with my kids. It was easy and I will be returning to this location for my next rental! Thanks Alex!!

Zach and Alex were terrifically helpful. Zach answered my many questions by phone prior to renting. And Alex handled the rental day. It turned out I needed a slightly larger vehicle than the one I'd rented and switching vehicles was easy and quick. Both answered all of my questions and the vehicle I rented was clean and drove well. The return was also easy and Zach handled that. Thank you, Zach and Alex! ! I will definitely rent from you again.

Made reservation got the vehicle I requested and was in and out less then 10 min. The 2020 Ford Fusion that the Manger suggest I try out instead of the SUV I requested was AWESOME!!!! Felt like I was floating didnt feel a bump and handled great so much so looking to purchase one this coming up year. Staff was great and efficient. Thanks the team in Sparks NV

My local Enterprise store is small. They get their cars from the airport. I visited the store, one week prior to picking up the car, after making my reservation on-line. I requested that they rent a car to me with a specific state license plate. They said it should not be a problem. The day before I pick up my rental, I called then again to confirm that they will have the vehicle with the certain state license plate. They said they will try. On the day I picked up the rental, they did not have the vehicle with the state license that I had requested from them two times. Poor customer service in my opinion. For which they upgraded me, for free, to a vehicle with the requested state license plate. Good customer service.nThere are hundreds, if not thousands of rental vehicles sitting in the airport parking lots. Why does Enterprise make it so difficult to honor a special request??

We’ve rented with Enterprise for over 3 years in California, North Carolina and Arizona. Zack continues to go ABOVE & beyond to make sure we have everything we needed each and every time we need a rental! Zack truly understands superior customer service and what it means to go the 2nd mile for his customers! I’m so grateful that I found this location because no other Enterprise is like this one!
