Easy to deal with, great service! My only complaint is the cars are not cleaned well enough. Last two cars we've gotten had drink fings (that I scrubbed off), dirt, smelled like cigarettes bad and had cigarette ashes. Especially in this day with covid, you'd think they'd clean better!!
Horrible experience with the staff. I was charged for a rental and never received a rental car. I was told one thing online and when i went in person was told another. I am still trying to get my money refunded. I will never use avis or budget again!!!
On a non-holiday Monday, it took 1.5 hours to wait in line, and one hour after that to get the car. Not recommended.
Very good service and vehicles.
Got in and out. My only gripe is that i prepaid, so if I don't need the car for the whole time reserved, I can't return early and get a refund.
